The system here at Superior Website Services Web Hosting IS secure. When you go to enter a ticket, or log into the billing system, the URL changes from http (which is the default due to the knowledgebase articles etc) and changes to https (so that information entered is secure).
If you have any doubt as to whether the site is in https mode or not, you can check the URL at the top of the page, or look for the lock symbol somewhere at the top of your browser that shows the page is encrypted.
