As much as we hate to see a customer canceling their hosting account with Superior Website Services, the cancellation process is very simple.
- Log into the Members Portal at http://www.superiorwebsiteservices.com/members with your email and password.
- Click on My Services
- Find the hosting package you wish to cancel, and choose the View Details icon to it's right.
- Click Request Cancellation at the bottom of the page, and follow the prompts
Support then reviews the request and processes it accordingly.
