If you are wishing to transfer your domain name registration FROM Hands-on Web Hosting TO another company you will likely need to receive an EPP Code or Authorization Code to initiate the domain transfer (.com and .net domains).
Here at Hands-on Web Hosting we've made it easy to obtain your EPP Code through the Members Portal System. Just log into the system at http://www.superiorwebsiteservices.com/members and click MY DOMAINS to access the domain name section. You will then click on DETAILS button to view the details of the selected domain name. From here, select the EPP CODE button at the bottom of the page and it will send the code to the registered email address on the whois information.
If you wish to change this email address in the WHOIS information, please log into the Billing and Support System, click on MY DOMAINS, and then select the DETAILS button next to the domain name registered. On the new page that opens there will be an option to change contact information, and once completed you can then click the button for the EPP Code to resend the details to you via email.
